Summary:

On 01/28/2008, Sheriff's Deputies Sites and Boys went to 1507 N Northbank Road in Otis in an attempt to locate Richard Wayne Martin, 42 years old, of Otis, who was wanted on two separate warrants. Deputies located Martin at this address and brought him into custody without incident. Martin was transported to the Lincoln County Jail and lodged on a no bail parole board warrant and a Failure To Appear warrant with a bail of $15,002.
