Summary:

On 1-27-08, at about 1930 hours, Deputy Sorby with the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office responded to a domestic disturbance at 383 Wakefield in Eddyville. Deputy Sorby placed William Coolbaugh, 51, of Eddyville in custody for domestic assault and menacing relating to an altercation between his two children and his wife. Coolbaugh was transported to the Lincoln County jail where his bail was set at 32,500.00.
