Summary:
On January 22, 2008 at about 12:06am, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputies Eric Gulbranson and Eric Sorby responded to a report of a possible domestic disturbance at The Landmark Restaurant in Yachats, Oregon. Deputies learned that 49 year old Robert Nelson Archer of Waldport had caused an altercation with several people in front of the bar. Archer left the scene and was later found by Deputy Sorby. Deputy Gulbranson completed his investigation and arrested Archer for Disorderly Conduct. Archer was lodged at the Lincoln County Jail for Disorderly Conduct II. His bail was set at $5000.00.
