Summary:
On 01/20/08 at about 12:00 hours Lincoln County Sheriff's Sgt. Bob Jozwiak and Deputy Abby Dorsey were dispatched to the area of Milepost 3.5 on South Bay Rd, Toledo, Oregon on a trespass complaint. Witnesses reported seeing four vehicles in the area of the gate and one of the vehicles cause damage to the locked gate at the location which lead into private timber property managed by Pacific Forest Trust Inc. Sgt. Jozwiak and Dep. Abby Dorsey located the subjects as the they were making their way back out of the woods. The subjects admitted to breaking the lock to gain access to the road into the woods. Subsequently David Arthur West, 40, of Toledo; Vernon Beardon, 32, of Toledo; Jeremy R. Burnham, 21, of Toledo, were arrested for Criminal Trespass II. Brandon S. Boyanovsky, 20, of Toledo was arrested for Criminal Trespass II, and Criminal Mischief II. Three juveniles ages, one age 16, and two age 17, were also issued citations for Criminal Trespass II at the scene.
