Summary:
On January 17, 2008, Lincon County Sheriff's Forest Deputy Gary Davey contacted 24 year old Tomas Pimentel-Rosas, 19 year old Amando Pimentel-Rosas, 26 year old Miguel Pimentel-Rosas, 20 year old Apolinar Pimental-Rosas and 26 year old Isidro Namitle-Tepepa during an investigation of illegal salal cutting on Plum Creek Timber property west of Siletz, Oregon. Investigation revealed the subjects had illegally harvested over 300 pounds of salal without permits to do so. All subjects were cited and released for Cutting/Transporting of a Minor Timber Product.
