Summary:
On January 8, 2008 at approximately 3:30 PM Deputy Colin Teem with the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office was advised of a Fail to Appear Felony warrant that had just been issued for the arrest of David Macgregor Burns, 60 years old of Yachats, Oregon. Deputy Colin Teem contacted several hotels in the Yachats area where Burns had been reported to be staying and located Burns at the Yatel Hotel in Yachats.
Burns was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Lincoln County Jail where he was lodged on the Felony warrant with a bail set at $750,000.00.
