Summary:
On January 12, 2008 at approximately 1:15 PM, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputies David Boys and Cliff Sites observed a male subject working on a roof at the corner of SE Cook Ave. and Collins Street, Depoe Bay. The male was recognized as 45 year old Harold J. Lee III of Depoe Bay. The deputies checked Lee for warrants and learned he had an outstanding warrant for Probation Violation from Lincoln County. Deputies Boys and Sites contacted Lee and took him into custody without incident. Lee was transported to the Lincoln County Jail and lodged on the warrant, his bail was set at $15,000.
