Incident:	Misdemeanor Driving While Suspended

Time Occurred:	Approximately 1:57 PM
Location:	Hwy 101 & Marine Dr, Yachats, OR

Summary:

On December 31, 2007, a deputy with the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office, observed a motorist commit a traffic violation and made contact with the driver. The deputy determined from DMV records, that 47 year old David Anders Stendal of Yachats, OR, was Misdemeanor Suspended. In lieu of taking Stendal into custody, the deputy issued Stendal a citation to appear on the charge of Driving While Suspended, Misdemeanor.
