Time Occurred:	Approximately 9:00 PM
Location:	1236 Hidden Valley Rd - Toledo

Summary:

On 1-6-08, at about 1900 hours, Deputy Sorby responded to a Domestic Assault occurring at 1236 Hidden Valley Rd in Toledo. When Deputy Sorby arrived he learned that Bert McKibben, 53, of Toledo had assaulted his wife, Karen McKibben, and daughter, Regina McKibben, with a metal horse shoe. Karen and Regina were treated at the Newport Hospital for minor injuries. Deputy Sorby placed Bert McKinnen into custody for three counts of Assault II, Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Menacing, Assault IV, and Harassment. Bert McKinnen was transported to the Lincoln County Jail where he was lodged and his bail was set at $245,000.00
