Incident:	DUII and Reckless Driving

Time Occurred:	Approximately 7:50 PM
Location:	U.S. Hwy 101 near SW Wakeetum St.

Summary:

On January 4th, 2008 Deputy Cummings conducted a traffic stop on a white Dodge pickup, being driven by Julie Ann Rodgers, age 44, from Boise, Idaho for speeding. During his contact with Ms. Rodgers Deputy Cummings observed several signs of impairment. Deputy Cummings conducted a DUII Investigation and arrested Ms. Rodgers for Driving While Under the Influence of an Intoxicant. Ms. Rodgers was transported to the Lincoln County Jail where she provided a breath sample. Her blood alcohol content was measured at .11%.

Ms. Rodgers was lodged at the jail on the charges of DUII and Reckless Driving. Her bail was set at $15,000. Ms. Rodgers' vehicle was Impounded and her dog, who was inside the vehicle at the time of the arrest, was taken to the animal shelter for safe keeping.
