Incident:	Methamphetamine Arrest

Location:	Hwy 20 and Pioneer Mountain Loop Rd

Summary:

On December 27, 2007 at 11:25 p.m., Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputies Ryan McPartlin and David Hawley observed a lighting violation on a vehicle and stopped the car at Hwy 20 and Pioneer Mountain Loop Rd. Toledo. Deputy McPartlin contacted the driver, Jennifer Johnson, age 37 of Toledo. Johnson was suspended and there was no insurance on the car. During a consent search of Johnson's purse Deputy McPartlin found a Marijuana pipe and a small amount of Marijuana. Deputy Hawley conducted a search of Johnson's person and found another small baggy of Marijuana, a baggy of methamphetamine and other drug paraphernalia. Johnson was lodged at the Lincoln County Jail for Possession of Methamphetamine. Her bail was set at $25,000.00. Johnson was also issued a number of citations and her vehicle was impounded.
