Summary:
On December 21, 2007 at approximately 12:38 PM, Deputy Colin Teem with the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to the Idaho Point Marina for a possible hit and run traffic crash.
Deputy Teem arrived and contacted several witnesses who stated Gale Rodgers 47 years of age, of South Beach, OR had struck a parked vehicle with his 1977 motor home. Deputy Teem spoke to Rodgers and detected an odor of alcohol and signs of impairment. Deputy Teem conducted a DUII investigation and subsequently arrest Rodgers. Rodgers was transported to the Lincoln County Jail where he refused a breath test. Rodgers was lodged at LCJ with a bail set at $7,500.00. Rogers was also issued a citation for refusing the breath test.
