Summary:

On December 1, 2007 at about 2:10pm, Deputy Abby Dorsey and Sgt. Adam Shanks responded to the Angell Job Corps located at 335 NE Blodgett Road in Yachats, Oregon to a report of two intoxicated minor students at the location. Deputy Dorsey contacted 19 year old Mitchell C. Lewis and 19 year old Timothy C. Brant, both of Yachats. Both Brant and Lewis admitted to consuming alcohol. Upon further investigation it was determined; Markcus R. May, 21, also of Yachats, had furnished the alcohol to Brant and Lewis.

Lewis and Brant were cited and released at the scene for Minor in Possession of Alcohol. May was transported and lodged at the Lincoln County Jail, for Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor. His bail was set at $7,500.00.
