Summary:
On December 15th, 2007, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy David Hawley conducted a stop of a vehicle for having a cracked windshield near Highway 101 and SE 19th St in Lincoln City, Oregon. Deputy Hawley contacted the driver, Sean C. Koch, 52 years of age, from Gleneden Beach, Oregon. A routine check revealed Koch had two outstanding failure to appear warrants out of Lincoln County and was driving on a suspended license.
Koch was transported to the Lincoln County Jail where he was lodged on $30,000 bail. Koch was also issued a citation for misdemeanor driving while suspended.
