Incident:	Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine

Location:	U.S. Hwy 101 near Balboa Ave. in Gleneden Beach, Oregon

Summary:

On December 15th, 2007 at about 11:13 p.m. Deputy Cummings observed a red and white Ford pickup make a right hand turn off of U.S. Hwy 101 onto Balboa Ave. in Gleneden Beach, Oregon without using a turn signal. Deputy Cummings conducted a traffic stop and contacted the driver, later identified as William F. Dippolito, age 46 from Gleneden Beach, Oregon. Deputy Cummings discovered Mr. Dippolito was driving with a Revoked Oregon driver's license and took him into custody. During a search of Mr. Dippolito's property Deputy Cummings discovered Mr. Dippolito was in possession of Methamphetamine. Mr. Dippolito was lodged at the Lincoln County Jail and his bail was set at $107,500.00.
