Summary:
On December 12, 2007, Lincoln County Sheriff's Forest Deputy Gary Davey issued 29 year old
Ubaldo Cordero Morelos of Newport a criminal citation for the Cutting / Transporting of a Minor Timber
Product after being found in possession of almost 600 pounds of salal harvested on public land without a permit.
