Incident:	Felony Assault IV Domestic - 2 Counts

Summary:

On December 11, 2007 at approximately 7:00 pm, a deputy sheriff with the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to a domestic disturbance in the Rose Lodge area. While enroute the disturbance escalated to a physical altercation. After arriving on scene the deputy determined there were at least two persons who had been assaulted by 24 year old Erica Josephine Earle of Otis, OR. In addition to five adults being in the residence at the time of the incident, there were also three young children, and all three children were exposed to the violence. Alcohol was determined to be a contributing factor in the incident.

Erica Josephine Earle was arrested on two felony counts of Assault IV Domestic and transported to the Lincoln County Jail where she was lodged on a $50,000 bail.
