Summary:

On December 10, 2007, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy David Hawley went to 5940 Hacienda Ave., Depoe Bay, OR, and contacted Kenneth A. Easter, 46 years of age, from Depoe Bay.

Easter was placed under arrest, without incident, for a Lincoln County warrant charging Fail to appear, with an original charge of Harassment. Deputy Hawley transported Easter to the Lincoln County Jail where he was lodged with a bail of $15,000.
