Summary:

On October 27, 2007, at 8:30 AM, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Derek Etheridge was dispatched to contact a woman who was reporting her boyfriend, 22 year old Codey William Robinson of Lincoln City, had assaulted her earlier in the morning. Deputy Etheridge contacted the victim and investigated this incident. On October 29, 2007, at 5:00 PM, Deputy Etheridge contacted Robinson at 9825 S. Schooner Creek Rd. and placed him under arrest for Domestic Assault, Menacing and Strangulation. Robinson was transported to the Lincoln County Jail and was lodged with a $22,500 bail.
