Summary:
On October 25, 2007 at about 12:30 AM, Deputy Sorby contacted Adam D. L. Arrambide, 22, of Newport, at the intersection of US Highway 101 and NE Holmes Road in Lincoln City. During the contact with Arrambide, Deputy Sorby obtained consent to search a backpack Arrambide was wearing. Deputy Sorby located a digital scale and several small plastic baggies used to package Methamphetamine, and two plastic baggies containing Methamphetamine. Deputy Sorby also found a glass Methamphetamine pipe that was hidden in Arrambide’s sock. Deputy Sorby arrested and transported Arrambide to the Lincoln County Jail where he was lodged. Arrambide was charged with Unlawful Possession and Delivery of Methamphetamine. His bail was set at $75,000.00.
