Incident:	Attempted Burglary - Salishan Hills

Location:	488 Outlook Dr - Salishan, OR

Summary:

On September 14th 2007, at about 10:24 PM, the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of an attempted burglary in progress at a residence in the Salishan Hills area. The residence was occupied by two adult females at the time the suspect was attempting to enter. One of the female occupants retrieved a firearm from inside the residence and fired one shot into an interior wall to deter the suspect from coming inside. The suspect fled from the residence upon hearing the gunshot. The suspect was described as a clean cut adult male with short hair, possibly in his 20's. This incident is currently under investigation by the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office.
