Summary:

On October 1, 2007, at 6:03 p.m., Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Ryan McPartlin was dispatched to 3115 N. Highway 101, Depoe Bay, on an ageny assist for the Canyon County Sheriff's office in Caldwell, Idaho. The Canyon County Sheriff's office advised that they had a felony arrest warrant for 55 year old Jacqueline Louise Grandstaff of Nampa, Idaho. Deputy McPartlin contacted Grandstaff at 3115 N. Highway 101 and arrested her for being a Fugitive from Idaho. Grandstaff was taken to the Lincoln County Jail where she was lodged. Bail is set at $100,000.
