Summary:
On September 29, 2007 at 11:07 p.m. Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Ryan McPartlin was patrolling through the parking lot of the Salishan Marketplace at 7760 N. Highway 101, Gleneden Beach, OR, when he observed a Chevrolet Tahoe parked in the parking lot. Deputy McPartlin contacted a male subject standing outside the vehicle who was identified as 42 year old Mark Swift of Gleneden Beach. Deputy McPartlin observed signs of impairment while talking to Swift and conducted a DUII investigation. Deputy McPartlin subsequently arrested Swift for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants. Swift provided a breath sample of .16% BAC. Swift was lodged at the Lincoln County Jail with bail set at $7500.00.
