Summary:
On September 23rd, 2007 at about 10:30am, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputies Chris Miller, Ryan McPartlin and Colin Teem responded to 411 E. Evans Drive, Tidewater, Oregon regarding an arrest warrant issued for 37 year old Brady Earl Endicott. Upon the deputies announcing themselves and requesting Endicott to exit the residence, he refused to do so.
After several attempts made over a police loudspeaker for Endicott to exit the residence, deputies entered the home and located Endicott. Endicott was taken into custody without further incident. He was transported to the Lincoln County Jail where he was lodged on a felony warrant issued out of Benton County Circuit Court for Theft in the first degree. His bail was set at $7,500.
