Location:	Bayshore, Waldport, OR

Summary:

On September 20, 2007 at about 10:30 PM Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputy Barry Bruster cited and released Christopher Brazil age 45 of Waldport Oregon for offensive littering. Brazil also had a fail to appear Warrant for his arrest. Brazil was subsequently arrested for the warrant and transported to the Lincoln County Jail where he was lodged on $7,500.00 bail.
