Time Occurred:	Approximately 9:30 PM
Location:	Logsden Rd - Siletz

Summary:

On September 8th 2007, Deputy Sorby learned that Christopher Gertulla, 34, and Holly Stocker, 38, had some of the stolen property in their trailer. Deputy Sorby was able to get enough information to obtain a search warrant for their trailer located at 1633 Moonshine Park Rd. On September 9th, Deputy Sorby executed the search warrant and located several items that the victim had reported as stolen. Deputy Sorby subsequently took both Stocker and Gertulla into custody for Burglary I and Theft I. Both Gertulla and Stocker were lodged at the Lincoln County Jail where their bail is set at 125,000.00.
