Summary:
On September 13th at about 9:42 PM, Deputy Sorby with the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office took Erik Devaney, 31, of Toledo, into custody for three outstanding warrants. Oregon State Troopers Smith and Fitch assisted in the apprehension of Devaney. Devaney had a fail to appear warrant on an Unlawful use of a Motor Vehicle and on an Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine charge. Devaney also had a warrant for a Parole Violation. Deputy Sorby located a Methamphetamine pipe in Devaney’s pocket when he placed him into custody. Devaney was lodged at the Lincoln County Jail where he was held with out bail.
