Summary:
On September 15, 2007 at 12:05 AM Lincoln County Sheriff's Patrol Sergeant Mark Meister was dispatched to a report of a disturbance at the Boiler Bay Trailer Park in Depoe Bay. The investigation of the disturbance determined that Tina Louise Ruff, age 46 of Depoe Bay, and another tenant of the trailer park were involved in a heated argument, which became physical. Ruff struck the other tenant with a dog chain causing him injury. Ruff was arrested for Felony Assault in the Second Degree and transported to the Lincoln County Jail where she was lodged with a bail of $50,000.00. Alcohol was involved.
