Summary:

On 9-8-2007 Licoln County Sheriff's Office Forest Deputy Gary J Davey cited 19 year old Thomas Kobow, 25 year old John Merritt and 23 year old Lorraine Kavanugh all of Siltez for Criminal Trespass II. While out on patrol Deputy Davey found Kobow, Merritt and Kavanaugh operating motorcycles on gated private timber land off of Camp 12 Loop in Siletz.
