Summary:

On September 12, 2007 at about 2:00am, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Lance Cummings made contact with 17 year old Devin J. Steinkellner of Portland, Oregon at the Angell Job Corp. in Yachats, Oregon, after learning he had a nationwide felony warrant for his arrest out of Multnomah County. Mr. Steinkellner was arrested on the indictment warrant and lodged at the Lincoln County Jail on two counts of Unlawful Sexual Penatration in the First Degree, Sex Abuse I and Unlawfully Displaying a Child in a Sexually Explicit Manner. Mr. Steinkellner's bail was set at $770,000.
