Summary:

On September 12, 2007 at approximately 7:00pm, the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to a disturbance on Crestline Drive in Waldport, Oregon. Several people called 911 and reported an adult male was throwing items at passing motorists, knocking over trash cans and mailboxes along the roadway and had jumped out in front of a moving vehicle. Deputy Lance Cummings responded to the area and located the subject, identified as 26 year old Christopher J. Ketterman, from Waldport, Oregon and took him into custody. Mr. Ketterman was transported to the Lincoln County Jail and lodged on four counts of Criminal Mischief and Disorderly Conduct. His bail was set at $12,500.
