Summary:

On September 8, 2007, at about 11:00 AM, Deputy David Boys with the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office went to 260 N. Holiday Lane, Rose Lodge, to serve a civil paper. The deputy contacted a man on a rural road in this area. The man, identified as Michael H. Nunn, 57 yrs. of Rose Lodge, was found to be unlawfully concealing a firearm on his person. The weapon was secured safely by the deputy. Nunn was placed under arrest for Unlawful possession of a firearm and transported to the Lincoln County Jail. He was lodged and his bail set at $7500.
