Summary:
On 8/21/07, at about 1:40 AM, Deputy Sorby contacted Mathew Johnson, age 19 of Toledo, in Toledo. Deputy Sorby conducted a consensual search of Mr. Johnson and located a container with four, quarter gram, bags of methamphetamine in it. Deputy Sorby placed Johnson into custody and transported him to the Lincoln County Jail where he was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance with a bail of $25,000.00.
