Summary:
Sheriff Dotson was recently featured in the Spring/Summer 2007 issue of the Oregon Sheriff magazine. Sheriff Dotson was included in the "Sheriff's Profile" section of the magazine and the article was titled "Roll Call" with Sheriff Dennis Dotson.
The article highlights Sheriff Dotson's weekly half-hour radio show called "Roll Call with Sheriff Dennis Dotson" which airs every Thursday from 8:30 to 9:00 am on KCUP 1230 AM in Newport, Oregon. The show's radio frequency is heard along the central Oregon Coast, but is also streamed live via the internet from the KCUP website.
The article also talks about Sheriff's Dotson's "Tip of the Week" which is an important part of Sheriff's Dotson's crime prevention strategy and the Sheriff's Office community meetings that are held twice a year.
