Summary:
On 8/4/07, at about 11:35 PM, Deputy Sorby conducted a traffic stop on a 1989 blue Dodge Shadow for failing to maintain its lane while traveling on Arcadia Dr. Deputy Sorby contacted the driver, Dayna Sturdevant, 40, of Toledo, and the passenger, Valerie Howell, 41, of Toledo. Upon a search of the vehicle Deputy Sorby located a methamphetamine pipe in the center console. Deputy Sorby also located a methamphetamine pipe and a small baggie containing methamphetamine in Howell’s purse. Both Sturdevant and Howell were transported to the Lincoln County Jail where they were lodged. Their bail was set at 25,000.00 each.
