Summary:
On 07-30-07, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputies responded to a residence on N S-Low Rd on a reported possible suicidal subject. The incident was determined to be a domestic disturbance between Phillip REISEN, 63 and his wife, Terri REISEN, 48. Following the investigation, Sheriff's Deputies arrested Phillip REISEN for Coercion as well as Resisting Arrest when he actively resisted being taken into custody. No injuries were reported by anyone at the scene.
