Summary:
On 7/21/07 at about 9:02 PM, Deputy Sorby conducted a traffic stop on a gray, 1987 Chevy Blazer (ZSV739), because the windshield had multiple cracks in it. Deputy Sorby contacted the driver, Joshua Cramer, and passenger, Erik Devaney, who were both on Parole. Upon a search of the vehicle, Deputy Sorby located several methamphetamine pipes, packaging materials, knives, and several baggies containing methamphetamine residue. Cramer was arrested for Unlawful Possession and Delivery of methamphetamine and Cramer and Devaney were both arrested for Parole Violation. Cramer and Devaney were lodged at the Lincoln County Jail with no bail.
