Summary:
On June 17th, 2007 Lincoln County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to 1633 Moonshine Park Rd. in Logsden, Oregon on a report Mark L. Breon, age 46 of Logsden, Oregon was intoxicated and menacing people in his yard with an axe. Deputy Cummings responded to area and detained Mr. Breon. Upon competing an investigation Deputy Cummings learned Mr. Breon put several holes in a 5th wheel travel trailer belonging to another person.
Mr. Breon was lodged at the Lincoln County Jail on the charge of Criminal Mischief and a Probation Violation.
