Summary:
On June 11, 2007, at about 11:55 PM, Deputy David Boys with the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to a two motor vehicle crash on N. Logan Road near N. 55th St. The deputy responded and saw that there was a near head on collision and multiple occupants were in both cars. A crash investigation was conducted. Deputy Boys learned that a north bound vehicle on N. Logan Rd. struck a south bound vehicle. The deputy contacted Eric Lee Leturno, 31 yrs. of Lincoln City, who was one of the drivers and conducted a DUII investigation. Leturno was arrested for DUII, Reckless Driving and four counts of Reckless Endangering. Leturno was transported to the Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital where a blood sample was obtained by search warrant. Leturno was transported to the Lincoln County Jail and charged with DUII, Reckless Driving and Reckless Endangering. His bail was set at $45,000. Leturno was cited for refusing to submit to a breath test.
