Summary:
On 06/09/07 at about 9:53 pm, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office Deputies responded to the Howard Johnson Hotel regarding a report a disturbance. Sheriff’s Deputies learned that Cody R. Guthrie, age 19 of Sweethome, Oregon, had exposed his genitals in the public area of the hotel. Then he made threats to the manager and punched the front door, breaking the glass. A small group of employees followed Guthrie into the parking lot. The group got into a physical altercation. One of the employee’s received a head injury from the altercation and was transported to Pacific Communities Hospital.
Guthrie ran from the area and was later found. He was placed into custody without further incident. Guthrie was lodged at the Lincoln County Jail for Public Indecency, Menacing, Criminal Mischief II and Disorderly Conduct II. Guthrie’s bail was set at $27,000.
