Summary:
On June 6, 2007 at approximately 9:17pm, Lincoln County Sheriff's Sergeant Adam Shanks, along with Depoe Bay Fire & Rescue and PacWest Ambulance, responded to a report of a stabbing at a residence in the 400 Block of Surfview Drive, Gleneden Beach, Oregon. Fire and medical units contacted an adult male at the location who had suffered a severe facial laceration. PacWest Ambulance transported the subject to Samaritan North Lincoln Hospital in Lincoln City for treatement.
Investigation revealed 40 year old Robin Dawn Farish of Gleneden Beach, Oregon was responsible for having caused the injuries to the victim. Farish was located by Lincoln County Sheriff's Sergeant Ralph Turre near the incident location and taken into custody. Farish was transported to the Lincoln County Jail where she was lodged on one count of Domestic Assault in the second degree and one count of Unlawful use of a weapon. Farish's bail was set at $75,000.00.
