Summary:
On 6/5/07 at about 10:30 PM, Deputy Sorby with the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office contacted Alan Beeberger, 55, of Oregon, under the Alsea Bay Bridge. Deputy Sorby ran a wants check on Beeberger and discovered Beeberger had a Fail to Appear warrant out of Florence. Beeberger was taken into custody and transported to the Lincoln County Jail where his bail was set at $700.00.
