Summary:
On June 2nd, 2007 at about 11:42pm, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputy Chris Miller conducted a traffic stop on Karen Rucker, 60 of Seal Rock for driving without headlights and failing to maintain her lane. Deputy Miller determined that Rucker was intoxicated and arrested her for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants. A breath test revealed Rucker's blood alcohol content to be .14%.
Rucker was arrested and lodged at the Lincoln County Jail where she is currently being held on $7,500 bail.
