Summary:
At about 2:10 pm on the 31st of May, 2007 two male students at the Toledo High School got into a physical fight in one of the hallways during a break between classes. A staff member broke up the fight and was escorting one of the students away when the other student picked up a sharpened pencil and lunged at them, stabbing the student in the back with it. The staff member pulled them apart again and both students were escorted to the office. No serious injuries were reported, the student who stabbed the other was arrested for Assault II and lodged at the juvenile detention facility.
