Summary:
On May 20th 2007 Deputy Davey, the Forest Deputy for the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office received a complaint regarding a dog being found abandoned in the area of milepost 7 of south Schooner Creek Road.
In Deputy Davey’s investigation, it was determined that 49 year-old Brian Ball of Otis knowingly abandoned his dog along South Schooner Creek Road and was subsequently cited for Animal Neglect.
