Summary:
On 5/30/07, at about 8:23 PM, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputy Eric Sorby contacted Johnathon Ramirez, age 29 of Newport, at the intersection of SE 10th St. and SE Fir St in Toledo. Deputy Sorby ran a wants check on Ramirez and found there were two felony warrants for his arrest. Ramirez fled, but was unable to escape. Deputy Sorby took Ramirez into custody and transported him to the Lincoln County Jail where he was lodged. Both warrants were for Fail to Appear on previous criminal charges. Ramirez’s bail was set at 50,004.00.
