Summary:
On 05/25/07 at about 8:47 pm, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, Deputy Miller and Deputy Gulbranson were dispatched to the 600 block of Oceanview Drive, Yachats, regarding a report of a burglary in progress. A witness observed a male attempting to enter a residence and was armed with a knife. Deputy Miller and Deputy Gulbranson located Donald A. Rich, age 31 of Eugene a block from the residence. Rich was taken into custody without incident. Rich was lodged at the Lincoln County Jail for Attempted Burglary I. The bail was set at $50,000.00.
