Summary:
On May 15th, 2007 Deputy Cummings of the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office stopped a blue 1994 Ford Asprie hatchback on U.S. Hwy 101 near mile post 146 for speeding and made contact with the driver, identified as David B. Germaneri, age 51 from South Beach, Oregon. During the contact Deputy Cummings observed several signs of impairment. Deputy Cummings conducted a DUII Investigation and arrested Mr. Germaneri for Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol. Mr. Germaneri was transported to the Lincoln County Jail where he provided a breath sample. Mr. Germaneri's BAC was measured at .14%. Mr. Germaneri's vehicle was impounded and his bail was set at $7,500.00.
Mr. Germaneri also received several traffic citations for Driving While Suspended (Violation), Driving Uninsured, Unlawful Possession of Less than an Ounce of Marijuana and for having an Open Container inside the Vehicle. The citations totaled over $1500.00 in fines.
