Summary:
On April 27th 2007, at about 6:09 PM, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputy Eric Sorby arrested Pete D Daniels, 28, at 640 Camp 12 Loop near Siletz. Daniels had a no bail, Parole Violation Warrant. Chief Fandrey of Toledo assisted Deputy Sorby with the arrest. While Deputy Sorby performed a search of his person incident to arrest, Daniels head butted the trunk of the patrol car and dented the side panel with his knee. Daniels was charged with Criminal Mischief for the damage to the patrol car. Daniels was lodged at the Lincoln County Jail with no bail.
