Summary:
On April 20, 2007 at about 12:06am, Lincoln County Sheriff's Deputies Eric Gulbranson and Chris Miller responded to the 3200 block of E. Alsea Waldport, Or regarding a report of a domestic disturbance. Deputy Gulbranson contacted the male, later identified as Daniel Norton, age 50 of Waldport. Deputy Gulbranson learned that Norton was involved in an altercation with his girlfriend. Norton was determined to be on probation and was prohibited from consuming alcohol. Norton showed signs of impairment and admitted to drinking. Norton was taken into custody and lodged at the Lincoln County Jail. His bail was set at $5000.00.
